Hello there! My name is Hayley Briggs, and this is my fourth year teaching Art and my second year as Bethany's Art Specialist. I am an alumna of PSHS, so I am thrilled to be a part of the Wildcat Nation again! I have a B.A. in Art History from the University of Texas at Austin and earned my Art EC-12 Certification from Texas Woman's University. 

I discovered a love for teaching after working as an Activity Specialist for PASAR at Hughston Elementary and haven’t looked back! My goal is to inspire a lifelong love of art in my students and support their individual learning needs. I am committed to teaching the district curriculum and facilitating students' ability to solve problems, explore creative ways to express themselves and develop self‐confidence and their visual voice.

In my art room, risk-taking, responsibility, and problem-solving skills are encouraged, discussed, and nurtured! We are ALL artists!!
