Welcome! I am excited to your child's kindergarten teacher. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Nonprofit Leadership Studies and decided to pursue teaching upon graduation. I sought out my alternative certification through a program in Dallas and made my way to Bethany Elementary. This will be my second year as a teacher and I am thrilled that Bethany has been my home for both those year.
Besides teaching, I enjoy volunteering at local nonprofit organizations that helps individuals with special needs. I am a huge hockey fan and Dallas Stars fan, I grew up playing ice hockey competitively in North Texas. I have the sweetest and most stubborn corgi named Queenie.
Can't wait to get to know you and your children this year, please feel free to contact me with any questions.
