Say hey, first grade!  My name is Alexus Bender, and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! I am a recent graduate from the University of Oklahoma with my Bachelors in Elementary education and a minor in Non-profit Organizational Studies. A new resident of Plano, my life is currently filled with lots of newness and adventure. I love to try new foods, sing worship and incorporate music and dance in the classroom! I believe all children can learn and I hold my students to high expectations that push them to succeed! Know that in my class your child will always be loved, valued, cherished and safe!
