I teach 5th grade Science, Social Studies, and Math.  This is my 6th year teaching with Plano ISD, and my 13th year of teaching.  I have taught 3rd through 6th grade in my career. I thought 3rd grade for 2 years, 4rth grade for 4 years, 5th grade for 6 years and 6th grade for 1 year. I received my BA. in Social Studies from Chaminade University of Honolulu and my MEd. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix. My oldest son is a graduate of Plano Academy High School and attends Collin College, and my twin sons are sophomores at vines and are section leaders in the marching band.  I have also been married to my wonderful husband Gary for 9 years.
