I am honored to serve at Beverly Elementary as the Assistant Principal for the 2021-2022 school year. I look forward to continuing to building strong relationships with the students, staff, and community. It is a priority to me that all students “utilize their strengths and passions” and “reach their full potential for life-long success.”
I am Plano ISD proud! In Plano ISD, I have had the role as a student, teacher, community member, and parent. I am an alumni of Plano East Senior High and am humbled to have become an educator in Plano. In my 16 year journey, I have taught second grade, third grade, fifth grade and supported two campuses as an Instructional/ Intervention Specialist.
I am privileged to be the mom of two wonderful children. My son is a graduate of Plano Academy High School. My daughter will be a senior at Plano Academy High School this year. Go Titans!
I received my Bachelor’s degree from UT Dallas after first completing an Associate's degree from Collin College. After several years of teaching, I had the opportunity to earn two graduate degrees from Dallas Baptist University; Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction.
My hope for this school year is that every child is able to foster their creativity, take risks in learning, and have a sense of belonging.
