My name is Leslie McDowell.  This is my 18th year of teaching and my 8th year at Aldridge Elementary.  I have taught grades k-4, but 4th grade is the place for me!  I love watching light bulbs go off and seeing how much children grow as they learn new things throughout the year.  

I have 2 children, Olivia (13) and Miles (11) who both attend Wilson Middle School.  I enjoy relaxing with a good book and vacation at the beach with friends and family!
