Welcome to Saigling Elementary School! I have the privilege of serving as the principal in this wonderful learning community. I am excited to share a bit about myself and my passion for education.

My philosophy of education centers on the belief that every child has unique strengths, talents, and potential waiting to be unlocked. I am a strong advocate for fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment where students are empowered to explore, question and discover. Collaboration between students, parents, teachers, and the community is at the heart of our approach, as we work together to inspire a love for learning and personal growth. 

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my two children. My son and daughter are both graduates of Plano Academy High School. Time with them not only brings me joy, but also provides me with insights and perspectives that I can incorporate into my role as a campus leader.
