I look forward to another amazing year at Saigling. I graduated from Newman Smith High School in Carrollton, Texas. I then attended the University of Central Arkansas where I double majored in Early Childhood and Special Education. After graduation, I taught high school special education in Little Rock, Arkansas as I pursued a masters in Early Childhood Special Education at the University of Central Arkansas. When moving back to Texas, I started teaching Kindergarten in Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD and proceeded to teach both PreKindergarten and Kindergarten in Keller ISD. I made the move to teach in Plano ISD at Saigling and have taught Kindergarten, first, third, and fifth grade.

I have a supportive and caring husband, Mike, and three wonderful sons, Preston, Jacob, and Austin, that keep me very busy. We have two adorable dogs, BC and Red.

Working with children and watching them grow academically is one of my passions and truly rewarding. I enjoy keeping a fun and interactive classroom environment to foster students' interest and excitement towards learning!
