Hello!  My name is Mrs. Sheila Stepp.  I am a Third Grade Teacher going into my 6th year of teaching and my first year at Rasor.  I have a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Strayer University and a Masters of Education in Instructional Design from Western Governors University.  I will be teaching Reading Writing and Social Studies this school.  Reading is one of my favorite activities.  I also love lerning about our history and then using that to write amazing stories.
