Hello!  My name is Mrs. Sheila Stepp.  I am a Third Grade Teacher going into my 7th year of teaching and my first year at Rasor.  I have a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from Strayer University and a Master's of Education in Instructional Design from Western Governors University.  I am excited to be teaching your students this year.  I also love learning about our history and then using that to write amazing stories.
