Hello!! My name is Cate Horak and I am a Title 1 Coach at Rasor.  I grew up in Louisiana and previously attended Centenary College and LSU-S. Geaux tigers! I have taught at schools in Louisiana and three other schools in Plano ISD.

I have always enjoyed teaching Special Education and Title 1 as I love watching children become engaged, connected, and confident. My goal is to help your children become passionate about learning and reach their fullest potential. It is also great to be silly and have fun along the way.

I have a wonderful husband and three children, ages 17, 22, and 25. I also have two stepsons and three adorable grandkids. In my free time, I love spending time with my big extended family, hiking, reading, and just enjoying time on the patio watching nature and grilling. 

I am looking forward to another year of adventures!
