  • 2024-2025 Textbooks Available for Review

    All textbooks up for adoption, for implementation beginning in the 2024-25 school year, are available for review by the public.

    The subject areas and courses up for adoption are Science K-12, Career and Technology Education, Personal Financial Literacy and Economics, AP US History, AP Government, AP Comparative Government, AP Psychology, AP Human Geography, AP European History, AP Micro Economics and AP Macro Economics.  Read more for textbook adoption information, including how to review the materials and provide input. 

    The window for public review and comment, for any of the resources being considered in this adoption, is open until January 31, 2024.

  • Long Range Facility Planning Community Meetings 

    As part of Plano ISD’s ongoing strategic roadmapping process and as the district begins work on a long range facility plan, Plano ISD families, staff and community members are invited to attend and participate in a community input meeting near you.   • TiplinePlano ISD maintains an anonymous tip line to allow parents, students and community members to report concerns affecting our campuses. This includes threats, bullying, drug use, suspected abuse or neglect and any number of other concerns that may affect the physical safety or health of our students. Read more.

Hendrick ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Student Safety- Arrival and Dismissal Procedures 

    We are here at Hendrick to welcome our students each morning as early as 7:45 a.m. and will safely supervise them after school until 4:00 p.m. You may drop off your child beginning at 7:45 at the front of the building. Students entering our building anytime before 8:20 a.m. will be directed to the cafeteria to wait morning dismissal. First period begins at 8:25 a.m.

    Any student having breakfast at school is welcome to purchase breakfast and eat in the cafeteria prior to morning dismissal.

    All students are dismissed at 3:40 p.m. and are encouraged to be off campus by 4:00 p.m. when our staff completes supervision for the day. Staff supervision ends promptly at 4:00 p.m.each day.
