Assistant Principal

Dear Rasor Family,

I am thrilled to be joining the Rasor Family. Go Rockets!!!! Ever since I was a kid, I have always loved school, learning, and being part of a community. Every summer  I would play at school, much to my friends' dismay, and, of course, I was always the teacher. School was my safe place, a place where I was encouraged to take ownership of my learning, take risks, and learn from my mistakes. Throughout my educational career, teaching 3rd, 5th, and all levels of middle school in Plano ISD and El Paso ISD, I have strived to provide this same environment not only for my students, but the teachers I work with as well. 

My goal at Rasor Elementary is to provide a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment that empowers students to take ownership of their learning, take risks, learn from their mistakes, and become responsible citizens. I believe all kids can learn, be successful, and achieve their dreams.  

It is with great pleasure that I join your community. I look forward to meeting you and your children and getting to know you. My door is always open. Please let me know if I can assist you in any way. I look forward to a fabulous school year full of fun, learning, and accomplishment.
