I am thrilled for the 2024-2025 school year and to be the Second Grade Team leader once again. I have been at Rasor for 22 years and have taught special education, first grade, but out of all those years, the majority of my time has been in second grade, which I absolutely love this age.

I am a product of the Plano ISD, as I started at the very beginning of any child’s life in Kindergarten. I then graduated from Plano East Senior High, "Go EAST!"  After finishing high school, I then went to Stephen F. Austin State University and graduated in December 2002 with my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I've been married to my husband for 22 years and we have two incredible children. Brandon is a Sophomore at college where he is currently their kicker for the football team. Connor is also a Sophomore but in high school and is also a kicker for his football team.   

In my free time I love to travel, workout, but more than likely you will find me cheerleading my kids on from the sidelines at one of their many football events. I am excited about making this the best school year yet!  Go Rockets!
