Winter Break is from December 22-January 3. January 6 is a student holiday and a staff work day. Classes resume for students on January 7. Have a safe and happy holiday!
Each year as the holidays approach, Plano ISD receives many questions regarding seasonal celebrations. To accommodate these inquiries, the district offers reminders regarding holiday commemorations.
Parents should notify the school on the day of the absence by phone (469-752-7000) before 9:00 A.M.
Parents should upload a note detailing the reason for the absence in Skyward Family Access. Instructions for doing so can be found here.
A note is required even with a parent phone call.

If no note is received within 3 school days, the absence is automatically unexcused.
If you are having problems accessing Skyward Family Access to upload note, then please email the note to 054absence@pisd.edu within 3 days of your student's absence.
