I am originally from Louisiana and have spent 12 years working as a medical assistant in a doctor's office. After a 20-year break, I have returned to the school system, where I am eager to further my career by supporting students in achieving their goals. As an ISS (In-School Suspension) assistant, my priority is ensuring students' safety while providing a supportive presence. I believe that students often just need someone to listen to them, and I strive to be that person. Being a good listener is a valuable skill, and I am committed to offering encouragement and understanding to help them succeed.
