Hello families! I’m so excited to be returning to the fabulous fourth grade team this year!  My husband and I (and our sweet little girl) are also happy to announce that we will be welcoming a new baby to our family this fall!

I graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) in 2009 with a Bachelor's of Art in Psychology and a minor in Education. I’ve always known that working with students is a passion I wanted to pursue and am looking forward to starting my seventh year of teaching. Each year I strive to let my students know they are important, valued, and cared for and that their voice matters in this world.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family, doing arts and crafts, practicing yoga, and adventuring. I’m looking forward to another wonderful year at Mitchell!
