Hello! I am so excited to start my Fourth year at Mitchell as the School Counselor. I already know how close-knit and welcoming the Mitchell community is, since I have been a part of it for many years. My daughter, Alyssa graduated from Mitchell and will be a Junior at Plano West this school year. Zach, my son, graduated from Mitchell two years ago and is at Frankford Middle School.
I am originally from New York and moved to Dallas 15 years ago. Before having children I was a High School Counselor in New york and in Indiana where I went to college.  Although we consider Texas to be our home, we are still huge Yankee Fans!  In my spare time you can find me watching my son play baseball and my daughter volleyball or on stage performing. I love to travel with my family. We usually go to Europe every summer since my in-laws live in Holland. We try to travel to nearby countries while we are there. I also love going on long walks with my husband and our dog Allie.  I am extremely excited to get to know and work with all the students, teachers and families at Mitchell.
