Mr. Travis Pundt

 Travis Pundt is a dedicated art teacher at Hendrick Middle School, where he inspires creativity and fosters a love for the arts among middle school students. Mr. Pundt teaches 6th, 7th and 8th grade art.

 With a degree in Art Education from University of North Texas and teaching since 2022, Mr. Pundt brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the classroom. He is committed to creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages artistic exploration and personal expression. Mr. Pundt integrates a variety of techniques and mediums into his curriculum, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to discover their unique voice. Beyond teaching, he actively participates in school events and professional development to stay at the forefront of art education. His dedication to nurturing young artists makes a lasting impact on their creative journeys.

 Mr. Pundt received Plano ISD's Middle School Art Teacher of the Year for the 2023-2024 school year.
