I have been a high school librarian for over 15 years, discussing books and watching students develop a love for reading never gets old and continues to fuel my love for my job. I received my BA from Texas A&M in Secondary Ed with a History and Government emphasis, my MLIS and M.Ed Instructional Technology from Kent State University. My favorite genres are historical fiction, realistic fiction, and mystery, but I am learning to love fantasy! I have four children, three grandchildren, and two dogs. I love reading, cooking, hanging out with friends and family and working on my new obsession pickleball.
