• Competitive Robotics

  •  "...it's about more than robots. The robots are a vehicle for students to learn important life skills. Kids often come into the program not knowing what to expect. They leave with a vision, with confidence, and with a sense that they can create their own future."

-Dean Kamen, founder of FIRST Robotics

All of our programs and initiatives are funded, supplied and staffed through contributions by people just like you. Whether it's through financial support or volunteering with our students, we count on the generous support of our community.

    Financial Contributions

Financial donations designated to the Robotics program enable the Foundation to help expand robotics throughout the district. In some cases, your employer may match the amount you contribute to double or triple the given amount. Ask your HR representative or check online for more details.

    Volunteer

You don't have to be an engineering guru to volunteer for our robotics program! We are looking for technical, and non-technical, event volunteers and mentors. Share your skills in marketing, mock interviews, computer science, social media, event management, and branding. Contact Dan Blier computer science curriculum specialist at dan.blier@pisd.edu.
