Mrs. Vazhavilla (VAZ-a-VIL-la) was born and raised in Hyderabad, India. She graduated with a BA in Psychology and Political Science; an MA in English Literature; and an M.Phil. in American Literature. This is her sixth-year teaching at Andrews and her third-year teaching second grade. She has been an educator for over fifteen years and believes teaching is her true calling.

She has been married to James for twenty-five years and is blessed with two boys, Andrew and Jeremiah.

Mrs. Vazhavilla has called Plano a home-away-from-home and loves being a part of this beautiful community. When she is not teaching, Mrs. Vazhavilla enjoys reading, traveling, walking on trails, and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Vazhavilla is delighted to be teaching second grade at Andrews and looks forward to a wonderful and exciting school year!
