    Angela Armstrong

Mrs. Armstrong graduated from the University of North Texas in 1995 with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies. After 15 years as an elementary teacher, she walked the stage at the University of North Texas again in 2012 to receive her master’s degree in Library Science. This is her seventh year as a librarian. It is her dream job because she gets to read books, help others, and make people smile all day.

Midland, Texas is Mrs. Armstrong’s childhood hometown. This city is known for its dust storms, oil rigs, and tumbleweeds. Midland is also called the “Home of Presidents” thanks to the Bush family. Armstrong’s husband since 1992, Brandon, is also from Midland. He is an elementary PE teacher in The Colony. They have a 10 year old box turtle “son” named Hokey that they just adore.
