I came to Bowman as the campus Librarian in 2018 after four years at Renner Middle School. Prior to becoming the Bowman librarian, I taught 7^th and 8^th grade English, and the A.V.I.D. elective. I emphasize to my students the value of reading and have always tried to place a book into the hands of my students. I’m thrilled to have an entire library collection of books to help me with my mission!

I received my Undergraduate degree at Texas Christian University in Education, and my Masters of Library Science from the University of North Texas. I am a proud Horned Frog and Eagle supporter! When I’m not teaching lessons and updating our library’s collection, I enjoy traveling, baking, being outdoors, crafting, and playing with my dog.
