Welcome to Mrs. Groff's page. I am a part of the wonderful 7^th grade team as an English and Reading teacher. 

My name is Kambria Groff, and I am excited to be your child’s ELA teacher. This is my 2nd year at Bowman Middle School and my 4th year of teaching. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a Secondary Degree in English. I then received my teaching credential and started working towards a Master's in Education at California Lutheran University. 

I am a 5^th generation teacher, and I am honored to carry on the tradition of encouraging, developing, and fostering the minds of all my students.  My teaching philosophy centers around the value of critical thinking because "We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future" (Franklin D. Roosevelt).
