Ms. Rockford grew up in Portland, Oregon and moved to Texas to attend Baylor University for both her undergraduate and graduate studies. She graduated in May of 2022 with a B.S. in Elementary Education and just recently graduated with her MA in Curriculum and Instruction in August of 2023.
