Hello! I'm Veronica Harrell, the librarian at Mendenhall Elementary. With a passion for fostering young minds, I previously spent nine fulfilling years as an elementary teacher before transitioning into the world of library science.

At home, I share my life with my wonderful husband and my two adorable dogs, adding joy to every corner of our days.

My personal reading interests span across various genres, from the thrilling world of science-fiction to the heartwarming tales of romance and the captivating mysteries that keep me hooked. Witnessing the spark of excitement in a student's eyes when they discover the perfect book to dive into is a delight.  It's those moments that fuel my commitment and excitement to continue nurturing great readers.
