Being the Librarian at Carlisle is a dream come true for me. I graduated from Texas Woman's University in 2014 with a Master's in Library and Information Science. I have been the librarian at Carlisle since 2012, and I can honestly say that I love my job! My goal is to instill a love of reading and learning in the students here at Carlisle. I plan my lessons around the curriculum and I try to integrate technology when applicable to enhance those lessons. 

A little bit about me in my home away from school...I have an adult son, Campbell. I love to read. My favorite genre is historical fiction. I like to paint. I enjoy binge-watching Frasier and Master Chef Junior or Adults. It makes no difference. It's all about the food. I also enjoy learning new technological skills and sharing that knowledge with students and teachers alike.
