Hello Mendenhall Families!  I am excited for the 2020 - 2021 school year!  

 My name is Emily Parks.  I grew up in Moore, Oklahoma and Plano, Texas.  I am a 1990 graduate from Plano Senior High School and a 1995 graduate from Texas Tech University.  My teaching career began in the classroom in first, second, and fourth grades.  I have taught in Lubbock, Texas, Las Vegas, Nevada, and have been in Plano ISD since 1999.  I am beginning my 16th year teaching physical education at Mendenhall.

 I enjoy spending time with my family, three adorable rescue dogs,  and traveling.
