Welcome to AVID at Bowman!
The AVID experience is truly unique, and it's for a select group of students at Bowman. Throughout the year students participate in weekly activities such as, AVID tutorials, team building, listening to guest speakers provide information about different career paths, and group projects that build collaboration skills and team work. And don’t forget those fun field trips: The AVID District Event, college tours and the 8th grade tour to Williams High School. AVID is a place where students feel safe and comfortable to be themselves. AVID is………………..FAMILY!
