Mrs. Thompson is from Chicago, Illinois, but has made Texas her home since 1977.  She has three daughters who attended Hughston Elementary.  Mrs. Thompson says, "I love being the first impression of Hughston, letting people know that the caring community we found with our children here is exactly the same!"
