I am so excited to be a part of the Hughston community! I've been teaching for 27 years as a Pre-K, Kindergarten and 1st grade teacher. I have a passion for teaching the littlest learners. I strive to make learning fun through music, poetry, movement and hands-on learning.

I have a daughter who lights up my life. In my free time I enjoy biking, hiking, reading, painting, music, nature, meditation, and spending time with my family and friends.

I attended the University of Massachusetts to earn my Elementary Education degree. I went back to school at the University of Texas to earn my endorsement in Early Childhood Education.

I am looking forward to a great year!
