I’m a 5^th grade classroom teacher and 5^th grade team lead here at Hickey Elementary.  I grew up in Missouri and began my teaching career in the suburbs of Kansas City (Go Chiefs!!!).

In Missouri, I taught three years of 5^th grade and four years of third grade.  I took a break from teaching after my first child was born.  Now that all my kids are in school, I am returning to the classroom.  I have three children, and they all attend school in PISD.  Working with children and being a positive influence in their lives is my heart.  I am honored to be your children’s teacher this year.  I love them already!!!!
