Hello! My name is Cynthia Jimenez-Escobedo. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Wayland Baptist University and a Master’s in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas (UNT). With eight years of experience teaching bilingual education to students in grades K-3 in Plano ISD, I have a strong background in fostering academic growth and supporting diverse learners. As the new librarian at Hickey Elementary, I'm so excited to inspire a love for reading among students and to create a welcoming and safe environment in the library.
