I’m a 5th grade classroom teacher here at Hickey Elementary. I grew up in Plano attending Mendenhall, Bowman, Williams and Plano East. I lived outside of Texas in California, Georgia and Missouri, then returned to Texas to begin my teaching career.

This is my 2nd year at Hickey Elementary, and will be my 10th year teaching. I have taught 1st, 3rd and 5th grade, in Garland, Dallas and Plano. My daughter just graduated from Plano East and is attending UT Austin.. As a lifelong learner, watching children grow in their love of learning is my passion. I am excited and blessed to be your child’s teacher this year and look forward to guiding them through their 5th grade year!
