Interests/Hobbies Outside of School: I love to watch movies and read books. As a family we love to travel and go exploring. Always finding something new to experience.

Why did you want to start the IB PYP at Huffman? My experience in teaching grade school has all been at IB schools. The inquiry-based learning is my favorite type of teaching and learning. When I taught in the MYP program, I had to chance to really immerse myself in the planning of our Units of Inquiry while prepping our school for a re-certification. This solidified my love for the inquiry-based learning and when my family relocated to Plano, this was the place for me!
