    I have a degree in Jounalism from The University of Missouri (Mizzou).  This is my 16th year teaching 6th Grade Language Arts.  I love teaching 6th grade because it is such a big change for students as they move into middle school.  This year will be challenging and exciting!


    I live in Murphy with my wife. We have one daughter.  She graduated from Plano East, graduated from Baylor University and is currently working as a EMT until she gets into graduate school to become a physician assistant.  My hobbies include reading comics, biking, hiking, and spending time with family.
