Ms. Ryan Herriage

Hello, Ram Family!

My name is Ryan Herriage, and I am SO excited about teaching choir here at Wilson Middle School!

Middle school is where my love for choir and singing began. After my first year of choir in 7th grade, I knew I wanted to be a choir director. I majored in Music Education at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, and graduated with my Bachelor's of Music in 2022. I then continued my studies at SFA and earned my Master's of Music in Choral Conducting in 2024. During my time in graduate school, I conducted all SFA collegiate choirs, performed with the SFA A Cappella Choir at the 2024 SWACDA Convention in Denver, and even conducted in Italy! Outside of choir, I enjoy reading, shopping, hanging out with friends, and snuggling with my cat, Stevie.

The Wilson Choir handbook, calendar, website, and Instagram will be up and running soon. Stay tuned!
