Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Williamson is starting her 9th year at Armstrong and her 31th year in Plano ISD. She teaches Honors Algebra I, Math 8, and serves as the Title I Math Specialist and math department chair.
Mrs. Williamson is a Plano product. She attended Houghston Elementary, Haggard Middle School, Clark High School, and Plano Senior High School. She has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of North Texas.
In her spare time, she enjoys anything sports related especially college football and basketball and watching her daughter cheer. She and her husband, David, have 2 children: Colin (22) and Laurie (18). Laurie is starting her freshman year at the University of Kentucky.

Algebra students have access to the Algebra I online textbook through their digital backpack. They can access this through classlink using thier school login.
They can also access the online textbook from the site: hmh.pisd.edu using thier school login.
The math department holds tutorials on Thurday morning from 7:50 - 8:20 and Thursday afternoon from 3:30 - 4:30. These are done in the cafeteria.
Students who have a grade below 70 are required to attend Thursday morning tutorials. The teacher will determine the necessary length of time.
Students who are missing assignments are required to attend math extended day on Thursday afternoon from 3:30 - 4:30. This is held in the cafeteria.
