Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Williamson is starting her 8th year at Armstrong and her 30th year in Plano ISD. She teaches Honors Algebra I and serves as the Title I Math Specialist and math department chair.
Mrs. Williamson is a Plano product. She attended Houghston Elementary, Haggard Middle School, Clark High School, and Plano Senior High School. She has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of North Texas.
In her spare time, she enjoys anything sports related especially college football and basketball and watching her daughter cheer. She and her husband, David, have 2 children: Colin (21) and Laurie (17).

Students have access to the Algebra I online textbook through their digital backpack. They can access this through classlink using thier school login.
They can also access the online textbook from the site: hmh.pisd.edu using thier school login.
Tutorials will be available online during your asynchronous class period through Google Meet link. After school tutorials will be available on Thursday from 3:30-4:15 through Zoom. The link for tutorials is in Google Classroom.
The math department holds tutorials on Thurday morning from 7:50 - 8:20 and Thursday afternoon from 3:30 - 4:15. These are done in the teachers classroom.
Students who have a grade below 70 are required to attend Thursday morning tutorials. The teacher will determine the necessary length of time. These are done in the teachers classroom.
Students who are missing assignments are required to attend math extended day on Thursday afternoon from 3:30 - 4:30. This is held in the cafeteria.
