I was born in San Jose, Costa Rica and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico!  I graduated in 1999 with my bachelors in Special Education from the Interamerican University in Puerto Rico!   I have been teaching at Hickey Elementary since 2007! I have three beautiful children, Austin who is going to UTD this school year, Addison is in eight grade at Bowman and Anna that is in fifth grade here at Hickey. I also have two beautiful and fluffy dogs named Collin and Lola. We live in the wonderful city of Plano, TX.
