Ms. Ibarra
Ms. Silvia Ibarra is the Art Specialist at Hickey Elementary. She was chosen as the 2017-2018 Teacher of the Year and enjoys working with all of the children at Hickey Elementary. Ms. Ibarra enjoys painting, playing the piano, theater, ballroom dancing and singing at her church choir every weekend.
