Teaching History: Starting my 8th year in Kindergarten in PISD, 5th year at Huffman

Family: I have a twin sister named Kate and a guinea pig named Pickles.

Interests/Hobbies Outside of School: I love to go running and hiking outside. My goal is to visit all the National Parks! I am an avid reader and love to cook and bake.

Why did you want to start the IB PYP at Huffman? I love the focus on inquiry and discovery. It allows the student to take control of their own learning and dive deep into investigations. The PYP program teaches skills and approaches to learning that prepare students for a lifetime of learning.
