Welcome to the Armstrong Middle School Library! We love to READ and it shows!
📚 We are open every day for book exchange, classwork, homework, or as a quiet reading space.
Open Library Hours: 🕓 After School - 3:45 - 4:00 pm
The library is open daily (M-F) for student use. Students will regularly visit the library with their English class and/or other content areas. If you are coming unscheduled during the day with a pass, I may not be able to assist you at that moment! (Come back during Open Library Hours if that's the case!)
🚨 Please note that the library may close due to emergencies, meetings, or training.
Come, explore, and immerse yourself in the world of books and knowledge! We are here to support your reading journey every step of the way. Happy reading! 📖🌟
There are no records to display.

Students coming during class time need to fill out an e-hall pass unless their teacher is with them.

- What if my book is lost or damaged? You will need to pay for a lost or damaged book using cash, check or the online payment system Rycor. Please let the librarian know if your book is lost or damaged.
- Can I suggest new books for the library? Yes! There is a form in the library Google form where students can request books. Books must meet PISD collection development policy to be included in our library.
- How can I do research from home? All students have a folder on their Webdesk called "Library Digital Resources." This gives all PISD students access to grade level appropriate encylopedias, and databases.
- How can I read eBooks from home? Information about our new Sora E-books will be coming soon.
- What if I need help? Ask Ms. Rivers! Email karly.rivers@pisd.edu or call 469-752-4628.
