I was born and raised in Plano, Texas.  I went to the University of North Texas where I received my teaching degree.  I am married and we have a wonderful son named Rhett.  I don’t consider teaching my career, it is my calling!  I love teaching and get so much enjoyment from work.  For fun, I love working out, going to the beach, camping, and spending time with family.  I am excited about starting another year in 2nd grade as the team leader!
