Hello! I am known as “Nurse Jefferson”. This is my 8th year at Davis Elementary and I love helping our Dolphins be their healthiest, so that they can learn as much as possible in class. 

I am originally from Canada (Northern Ontario) and first came to Texas in 1992. I have worked as a school nurse since 2006. Before that, I worked in Pediatric ICU, general med/surg nursing and pediatric homecare.  I have three adult children. I love the outdoors, visiting my hometown in Canada, canoeing, reading, and sewing.
