I’m excited about another school year as a Davis Dolphin!  I have been teaching for 32 years (30 years in PISD!).  I have taught kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th grades and have loved them all!  I have been in self-contained classrooms and have also taught a variety of subjects in departmentalized grade levels.  I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Education.  I also received my Masters in Education with a specialization in Reading and Language Arts from the University of North Texas.  I am married to a wonderful husband, Kevin, and have two sweet girls, Lauren (18) and Natalie (16).  We live in Frisco where we also have two dogs, Penny and Lucy.  In my spare time, I enjoy watching my girls cheer, spending time with family and friends, skiing, reading, watching movies and trying new places to eat.  I love working with children and can’t wait to get this year started!
