Ms. Beth Fisk

ELA/6th Grade Language Arts

I was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa and lived in several states before moving to Dallas at age 12.  I attended the University of Arkansas and University of North Texas before graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas.  I started working for PISD at Wilson in 1992 and worked as a paraprofessional until my youngest child graduated from PSHS.  At that point, I began teaching 6th grade language arts, and this will be my twenty-fifth year in that position.

I have three children.  My older daughter Erin lives in Austin with her husband James and their children William, Catherine, and Nicholas.  My son Eric lives in Plano and works as a sonographer at Medical City Plano.  My younger daughter Elisa lives in Aubrey with her husband Blake and children Evie and Elliott.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and, most importantly, spending time with my family and friends.
