Ms. Cynthia Howard

This is my 18th year in Education and my sixth year at Davis Elementary. Needless to say, I am so excited to be here! I began my teaching career as a first grade teacher. I also had the opportunity to work as a Literacy Resource Specialist and an Instructional Coach. And now I am back where I started, in First Grade! And loving it!

I originally moved to Plano to be closer to my family. And in the summers I travel a great deal to visit other family members, like my son who lives in Taiwan. Simply put, when I am not at Davis, my spare time is spent enjoying time with my family and traveling to far away places. 

I am thrilled to be a part of the Davis Elementary staff again this year! And I look forward to working with your children! This is going to be a fabulous year!
