  • LifePath Systems and Texas Workforce Solutions

    LifePath Systems- Presenter Ashley Hart

    • Topics will include information on their intake processes and provide a general overview of services. 
    • This virtual live session will be projected for stakeholders to attend this workshop as part of the Hero Expo at the Sockwell Center.

  • Transition Services

    Presented by: Sandy Cox and Amy Reeves (Region 10)

    Transition planning can be overwhelming for students and families.  This session will outline the requirements of transition planning and how to make sure it is a meaningful process.

  • Transition to College

    Presented by Jim Wright

    This workshop will provide parents and high school students with disabilities with practical suggestions and information about the college admissions process. Topics including disclosure of disability, self-advocacy, available accommodations, and other resources will be discussed.

    Mental Health: Knowing when to make a call and who to call

    Goal:

    To understand mental health and the identification, referral, and treatment of children and families in need of mental health services.
