I am thrilled to be a Gifted and Talented Specialist here at Mathews and be part of this amazing community.  This is my 27th year teaching, in which the last 15 years have been in PISD, teaching 2nd grade, 4th grade, and kindergarten. I also taught in private school my first 12 years.  I grew up in North Dallas, but Plano has been my home for 30 years.  I also have two grown children who both attended school in PISD.   My husband Jimmy and I are now empty-nesters and enjoy traveling, hiking, snow skiing, and cuddling with our 2 grandchildren.   I look forward to my 4th wonderful year as a Mathews Maverick with my amazing students!  LET'S GO!
