Ms. Mary Duncan
Counselor
Experience in Education: This will be my twenty-seventh year in education. I was a special education teacher for fifteen years in Richardson ISD and Plano ISD. I have had the privilege and blessing of being at Hunt Elementary since we opened in 2005, first as a special education teacher and then as a counselor for the last ten years.
Background: I was born in Puerto Rico when my father was stationed there in the Air Force. I grew up in Oklahoma and Texas. I have three children who all attended Plano schools.
Interests: I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy being with friends, going out to eat, and reading. I love to travel whenever possible!
